You may request a full refund up until the completion and confirmation of the final linework. In the event that I am unable to complete the artwork I was commissioned for after that point, I will provide a full refund and send the artwork in the state that it is in at the moment which the money has been refunded. The commissioner may take that artwork and hold on to it until I am able to complete said artwork or can give it to another artist to complete or make of their own work. I will not work on it further if it is given to another artist to be completed. I have the right to refuse any commission.I do not delete art files so at any point you may request any small changes and/or edits should you notice any errors after the final product is delivered. Major changes to previously commissioned artwork will be charged accordingly.
Major changes may include:
Color scheme swap
Adding or removing limbs/appendages
Complete background change
Change in pose
Minor changes may include:
Spot color fixes
Pattern edits
Jewelry/small clothing edits
Filters
Nightshade
You may request a version of your commissioned artwork that has been run through Nightshade if you wish to repost the artwork onlineI will not draw any NSFW for someone who is not a confirmed adult mutual. To prevent any legal issues I will not draw any NSFW artwork unless I have proof the commissioner is of legal age. If you persist, it will result in your account being blacklisted and banned. If you ask me to make artwork of illegal subjects (zoophilia, necrophilia, pedophilia, etc), it will result in being blacklisted, banned, reported, and a public beware issued. Claiming my artwork for your own will also result in a blacklist, ban, and public beware.Should my artwork and designs be used for or with illegal and/or problematic intent, it will result in being blacklisted, banned, reported, and a public beware being issued.I have issues with my eyesight so I may refuse any commissions that would include bright, eye straining colors. Character refs need to be clear with defined lines and patterns (No sketchy refs with undefined features and unclear colors). If your character has faint/subtle patterns, you may need to point them out to me as I am liable to miss them completely.As an artist based in and a citizen of the United States of America, I follow US Laws of Business.
